GLAPCE Statement of Purpose: (Article II of GLAPCE Bylaws)
Our primary objective is to explore with church educators the full understanding of and commitment to the Christian faith.
We shall encourage church educators to evaluate, maintain, and update
their professional goals and standards.
We shall nurture members of GLAPCE so they can
fulfill their individual and corporate responsibilities in the church as professional church educators through the exploring of ideas and concepts, materials and resources, skills and methods
for a common ministry.
We shall provide opportunity for corporate Christian fellowship
among professional church educators.
